In a battle much like Godzilla versus King Kong, Kristaps Porzingis went up against fellow NBA “unicorn” Giannis Antetokounmpo, this time with the Zinger’s Knicks coming out on top versus the Greek Freak’s Bucks, 116-111.
The Bucks led by as much as 18 points in this one, but the Knicks rallied with a 33-15 fourth quarter to take the victory.
Porzingis played just 29:53 minutes, before ultimately fouling out, but in that span, he managed 24 points (9/14 FG, 3/4 3FG), six rebounds and three blocks.
Antetokounmpo logged 38:10 minutes, and while his shot was not as wet as the last time he played the Knicks, but his 25 points on 21 shot attempts, six boards, two dimes, two steals, and five blocks are still quite impressive.
Check out their duel above, and boy oh boy, can you just imagine these two squads going up against each other in a best-of-seven series? Can’t. Wait.
