Kobe Paras to transfer to Cal State Northridge – report

Kobe Paras has found his new school.

Shortly after announcing that he was parting ways with Creighton University, Paras announced in a Skype interview that he would be transferring back West to Cal State Northridge.

In 14 regular season games with the Creighton Bluejays, Paras averaged 4.7 minutes, 1.3 points, and 1.0 rebounds.

The Cal State Northridge Matadors are currently coached by two-time NBA All-Star Reggie Theus, a former Sacramento Kings head coach, NBA analyst, and actor. The team finished last season with an 11-19 record, 7-9 in the Big West Conference.

The team has made just two NCAA Tournament appearances, in 2001 and 2009, losing both in the first round.
